PayScale, Inc. | Technical Product Manager, Platform

Lead and manage the strategy around data ingestion and interoperability for PayScale's products and services.

Engage with enterprises and with partners of all sizes to determine the product roadmap and execute on those deliverables to exceed customer needs.

Change Healthcare | Director, Strategic Program Management

Oversaw 75 business initiatives spanning multiple products across the enterprise, which involved managing hardware and software projects with internal and external engineering teams.

Developed and maintained product plans with milestones, user stories, risks, critical success factors and budgets. Led discussions on technical trade-offs with cross-functional teams as risks are identified and release quality is assessed. Presented recommendations and trade-offs to executives to drive 'go/no go' decisions on customer releases.

Leading product strategy and roadmap activities, including market research, persona creation and detailed product requirements. Authoring competitor analysis, value proposition differentiation and outbound marketing collateral to drive sales for enterprise SaaS product.

Co-founded non-profit that provides free fitness to underserved teens in Seattle. Launched 3 service offerings, expanded to 11 locations and hired 30+ team members serving over 400 students.

Started retail venture to produce and sell wine to consumers, which included 11 product offerings being sold across 3 distribution channels. Wines were shipped to 20+ states.

Built scalable v1 global program with over 40 reseller, referral and services partners. Documented partner management system workflows, sales/operations processes and created marketing/training materials.

Designed multiple pricing scenarios, 3-5 key metrics to measure success, along with launch playbook for v1 product that was introduced in over 20 countries. Managed virtual teams of 20 – 50 people.

Built ecosystem and created infrastructure for 50+ partners (domestic and international) engaged with Windows Networking technologies. Designed and applied success metrics, qualification criteria, and onboarding guidance. Increased partner satisfaction by 60+% through program’s creation.
