Senior Director, Product Management | F5, Inc.

Led a product management team to build and to bring to market the next generation of software and SaaS products that are redefining the application delivery services market.

2021 - 2022

 

Director, Product Management - Compute, Storage and Identity | PwC Labs

Owned P&L responsibility for “ProEdge,” a v1 people analytics tool that grew to $50 million in revenue in 18 months, focusing on digital upskilling. Procured 6000+ curated, on-demand learning assets from industry-leading content providers, which required data stores that supported structured, semi-structured, and unstructured data.

Built v1 enterprise customer data platform for top 10 global retail organization that captured data from 15 sources in 3 months, including loyalty programs, social registering, and retail points of sale (POS), that leveraged Databricks, Azure Data Factory, and Azure Synapse to provide a single source of truth about each buyer in real-time. Customer improved metrics on loyalty and churn by 20% within 6 months of implementation.

2019 - 2021

 

Senior Technical Product Manager, Platform | PayScale, Inc.

Served as Lead in constructing a v1 data ingestion tool based on Azure that consumed up to 1 million records per day, with each record containing between 50-100 fields. Application performed data cleansing, normalization, and transformations leveraging machine learning technologies such as TensorFlow and Elastic.

Ran 50+ customer interviews and synthesized results with overall product goals to write user stories and wireframes for inclusion into an existing D2C/e-commerce-based product offering with 50k transactions per day. Collaborated with Design to conceive metrics focused on measuring and accelerating customer engagement.

2016 - 2018

 

Director, Strategic Program Management | Change Healthcare

Oversaw 8 enterprise product lines representing $360 million in annual revenue, including Data Solutions, Payment Integrity, Revenue Optimization, Revenue Cycle Management, Medical Networks, Pharmacy Networks, and Services. These lines of business represented 270 million transactions totaling $540 billion in claims annually.

Launched proof-of-concept of 10% of total healthcare claims to identify fraud, waste, and abuse opportunities around automating the scrutiny of records. Audited 200,000 claims that totaled $4 billion being paid out, which showcased an additional $85 million in potential revenue not being captured. Reduced gap by $10 million within 4 months.

Led product strategy and roadmap activities, including market research, persona creation and detailed product requirements. Authored competitor analysis, value proposition differentiation and outbound marketing collateral to drive sales for enterprise SaaS product.

Founding Executive Director | Upower, Inc.

Co-founded non-profit that provides free fitness to underserved teens in Seattle. Launched 3 service offerings, expanded to 11 locations and hired 30+ team members serving over 400 students.

Started retail venture to produce and sell wine to consumers, which included 11 product offerings being sold across 3 distribution channels. Wines were shipped to 20+ states.

Designed multiple pricing scenarios, 3-5 key metrics to measure success, along with launch playbook for v1 product that was introduced in over 20 countries. Managed virtual teams of 20 – 50 people.

Created ecosystem and infrastructure for 50+ partners (domestic and international) engaged with Windows Networking technologies. Designed and applied success metrics, qualification criteria, and onboarding guidance. Increased partner satisfaction by 60+% through program’s creation.
